Entry deadline is November 15, 2012. On that date we will draw the name of one golfer and their charity event. The lucky charity* will receive a $1,000 donation from PBGC. *Charity must be currently recognized with a 501(c)(3) status to receive the $1,000 donation. Golfers playing in a tournament for a charity that does not have this designation will still be eligible for the $1,000 shopping spree.
