Palm Beach Golf Center Text Club terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions govern your use of the Palm Beach Golf Center – Text Club (the Service).  Your use of any part of the Service constitutes your agreement with these terms and conditions.

DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE:  Subscribers to the Service will receive information, news, events, promotions, and special offers from the Palm Beach Golf Center via text messages delivered to their cell phone.  

HOW TO JOIN:  To join the Service, you must text PBGOLF to 247411.  You will then receive a text message requesting a second response confirming that you want to join the Service.  By sending the confirmation, you opt-in and agree to subscribe to the Service and to comply with these terms and conditions.  

COST:  The Palm Beach Golf Center does not charge you to subscribe to the Service; however, please check with your mobile service provider in case your mobile service plan charges for sending and/or receiving text messages.  Message and data rates may apply.

NUMBER OF MESSAGES:  The Palm Beach Golf Center will send no more than four text messages per month.

OPTING OUT:  To opt-out of the Service text NOPBGOLF to 247411 from your cell phone.  You will be unsubscribed immediately; however, you will receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed from the Service.  After that, you will not receive any additional messages.

CONTENT:  You agree not to modify the content of the text messages provided to you by your participation in the Service or add any materials, including advertisements or other promotional material, to the text message.  You may forward the unmodified text message to those you know and retain a copy of the text message for your personal use.
