Domestic Ordering & Shipping
In-stock orders will be shipped within one business day. Depending upon the stocking
situation orders maybe shipped from our location in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida
or directly from the manufacturer. On occasion an order might be fulfilled from
multiple locations if more than one product was ordered. Expect different delivery
dates if this occurs. Our system will generate a UPS tracking number for all domestic
shipments and will be emailed to you, however for items sent directly from the manufacturer
please call

to request shipping info. Shipping costs are determined by using our UPS shipping
calculator.
- All special orders can not be returned, are final sales and will be billed when
order is placed. Special orders can take up to 12 weeks to deliver. Please call
for details.
- UPS will not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- We charge $15.95 for APO shipments.
PLEASE NOTE:
- UPS does not count the pick-up day as a shipping day. Shipping days are Monday thru
Friday, excluding holidays.
- UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
- Deliveries left at a door, on a porch or otherwise unsigned for are the responsibility

International Ordering & Shipping
In-stock shoes will be shipped via USPS Express Mail International the next
business day.
Out-of-stock shoes will be shipped the next business day after they arrive
at our delivery facility from the manufacturer.
- All special orders will be billed when order is placed
- Purchaser is fully responsible for any and all duties, tariffs, etc.

Warranties & Returns
Return for warranty issues
Palm Beach Golf Center, Inc.
honors all manufacturers' shoe warranties. Should you experience any defects please
contact us for a Return Authorization
number (RA#). Please include a completed return request form. Click here for a Return Request Form if
not found in your box. Please note that you will be responsible for return postage
to us, however no additional postage will be charged to replace defective merchandise.
Replacement shoe warranties are prorated from the original date of purchase. For
your protection we suggest you return your merchandise via UPS, FEDEX, or USPS Priority
Mail for trackingand insurance information. Return all shoes to:

Return for an exchange or credit
To return any product that is unused within 30days of receipt, please contact us for a Return Authorization number (RA#). This
number must appear on the outside of the original shipping box. Please include a
completed return request form.

must be returned in the condition it was received including warranty cards, manuals
and accessories or you will be subject to a minimum 20% return charge. Customers
areresponsible for all shipping charges on all exchanges and credits. For your protection

Special Orders
Special Orders will require additional delivery time. Currently Footjoy MyJoys require
about three to four weeks. Footjoy Classics and Classics Dry Premiere (special order
sizes) run 8-12 weeks. Some in-stock items could be backordered and might require
a few days to a few weeks to be shipped. Please
contact us if you have any questions. We will keep you informed if any of
the above situations apply.
All special orders are considered final sales and cannot be returned for exchange
or credit.
